Michel is a Belgian and US qualified lawyer with over 20 years’ experience as European Counsel and General Counsel Europe / Asia for US Fortune 500 companies. He is Founding Partner of Chief Counsel Network specializing in outsourced in-house solutions.
Michel was a co-founder and President of the European Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and was a member of both the ACCE and ACC Boards of Directors. He was a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, a former member of the Brussels Bar and Bar Association and is an active member of the California Bar.
